The objective of our association is to promote the knowledge of and the exchange between members involved in Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism. Highly specialised symposia are commonly organised by international groups such as ISSX or Microsomes & Drug Interactions. Twice a year the GMP organises a 2 day meeting (plenary session) with lectures given by experts from academia and the pharmaceutical industry to highlight principal areas. The key feature of the GMP is that the conferences are usually aimed at the non-expert and these conferences are mainly held in French, sometimes in English.
